I am trying to book a flight with my 16 year old dog from LasVegas to Bellingham On May 19th. I have read your F&Q’s. I do have the proper dog carrier for under the seat travel. My problem is that i cant seem to book online and I can not get through on your phone line. Could you please help me book this flight?

I have a flight on May 18 out of Bham going to Vegas. I have a slip of paper with the flight info on it but was wondering if this is what I bring to the airport and receive the tickets?….or do I need something else…THX for your time.

I purchased tickets for my wife and myself this afternoon. Shortly after the purchase was confirmed we received word that my 93 year old mother was experiencing health issues which makes it necessary for us to cancel our plans, at this time. Can we reclaim our purchase, or are there other options?

Due to a major water leak in our house at this time, we are having a difficult time figuring out how we are going to make our flight on the 12th. We would like to change our flight to the 16th so that we can deal with the problems here. We would still need to return on the 19th of Sept. If at possible we are asking that the $50.00 fee for changing a flight be waived. We have seen other airlines waiving all fees and thought you might do the same.

I would like to get information regarding tickets on the following dates.

My brothers and I used your airline
5-15 from Ft Laud. to Knoxville.
My son Brandon had an emergency medical procedure on 5-14. He was unable to fly.
I would like to know if the ticket I purchased for him can be applied to a future date.
It was for flight 933 Friday 5-15
Tickets were purchased by my brother Jerry Lang, Plantation Fl.
